- Delaware/Interstate 495, a bypass of Wilmington, Delaware
- New York/Interstate 495, a spur east from New York City, New York, commonly known as the Long Island Expressway, which was intended to span from I-95 in Weehawken, New Jersey to Old Saybrook Connecticut
- Massachusetts/Interstate 495, a beltway around Boston, Massachusetts
- Maine/Interstate 495, a connector in Portland, Maine
- Virginia/Interstate 495 and Maryland/Interstate 495 , a beltway around Washington, D.C., commonly known as the Capital Beltway
